The Public Services Department is comprised of two large and highly visible divisions. The Solid Waste Division, which provides garbage, recycling, and yard debris removal services to over 11,000 residents weekly, and the City’s Buildings and Grounds Division that is responsible for all of the City’s landscaping; including tree maintenance, flowers, mowing, irrigation and rights of way management. The Public Services Department also manages the City Garage. The City Garage provides integral services to all departments throughout the City.
