In conjunction with the Aiken SPCA the City of Aiken offers a low income spay and neuter program to provide those individuals the same quality service at a discounted price of $15.The following services will be performed under this program:
- Rabies Vaccination
- Microchip
- City of Aiken Pet License
For example a family of three (3) making $37,500 in a year would qualify for the $15 co-pay.
