Neighborhood and Development Services, a division of the City Manager’s Office at the City of Aiken, offers a number of vital services to improve your neighborhood and city. A few of our services include: Housing, CDBG, Neighborhood Associations, Tools for Neighborhood Associations, Building Code/Inspections, and Code Enforcement.
