The popular children’s program, Story Time in the Gardens, will begin its fall season on Tuesday, September 6th at 4:00 p.m. This free reading program is for children 8 & under and takes place every Tuesday afternoon in the months of September & October.

Hopelands Summer Concert Series Continues with Swingsation

The Hopelands Summer Concert Series presents Swingsation on Monday, August 22, 2016. Swingsation is a group of 17 performers from the CRSA who share a love of Swing music and the big band style popularized in the thirties and forties such as Glen Miller, Benny Goodman, and the Dorsey brothers. The band also plays ballads and show tunes from the 1920’s through the 1960’s.

Toddler Time Program Offered

Toddler Time Program Offered

The City of Aiken’s Department of Parks, Recreation, and Tourism is offering Toddler Time for children up to 5 years old at the Odell Weeks Recreation Center. The program is offered Wednesdays, 9:30am – 11:30am and Thursdays, 1:30pm – 3:30pm. Daily visits are $3 per child, or participants may purchase a 10-visit punch pass for $20.
