The City of Aiken Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Department (PRT) works to recruit youth and adult sports tournaments to drive economic impact. In 2022, facilities owned by the department hosted over 30 weekend tournaments, sanctioned by a number of organizations such as Freedom Sports, US Specialty Sports Association, US Tennis Association, Top Gun Sports, Black Softball Circuit, USA Track and Field and more. Sports tourism across City owned facilities provides a local economic impact of more than $2.5 million annually.

· BSC Easton Kick Off Super NIT Adult Softball on March 18-19
· Varsity Triple Crown High school Fastpitch Softball on March 31-April 1
· Top Gun Girls Fastpitch Softball on June 3-4
· USTA 18 and Over Tennis Championships on June 9-12
· Palmetto Pickleball Invitational on August 3-6
· Top Gun Girls Fastpitch Softball on August 19-20
· USTA Singles League Tennis Championships on September 23-25
· USTA Combo 55/65 Tennis Championships on November 4-6
