Per the Equine Committee bylaws as adopted by City Council on 11/14/2022, the Committee shall meet on the 3rd Tuesday of the month as needed at 4:00pm. The annual meeting schedule shall be published at the beginning of each calendar year and shall include dates, times and places of scheduled meetings. Notice shall be posted as soon as practicable if the Chair determines not to meet in a given month. Additional meetings may be held at any time upon the call of the Chair and after posting proper notice.
