Executive Session Notice
Joint Meeting of
Aiken City Council
And
Aiken Municipal Development Commission
On Monday, November 21, 2022, at 5:30 P.M. the Aiken City Council will go into Executive Session with the Aiken Municipal Development Commission pursuant to Section 30 4 70(a)(2) for consideration and discussion of matters related to the now defunct Project Pascalis-associated properties, negotiations incident to proposed contractual arrangements, certain legal claims in connection therewith, and receipt of other related legal advice.
The Executive Session will be held in the Municipal Building at 111 Chesterfield Street S. at 5:30 p.m. in Room 315.
