City of Aiken Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Department Announces
Our Annual Thanksgiving Story Time

The City of Aiken Parks, Recreation and Tourism Department will host Thanksgiving Story Time on Tuesday, November 15, at 4:00 PM on the lawn of the Rye Patch, 100 Berrie Road SW.

Children ages 8 and under can enjoy Thanksgiving-themed stories by Patrice Johnson. This event is free and open to the public. Every family in attendance will receive a book to take home to encourage a lifelong love of reading. In addition, complimentary snacks will be available. An adult must accompany all children.

In inclement weather, this event will be moved inside the Rye Patch. Please call the City of Aiken Rain Out Hotline at 803-643-4661, the City of Aiken PRT social media accounts, or download the City of Aiken Explorer app to notify you instantly. You will need to sign up and enable notifications.
