City of Aiken Parks, Recreation and Tourism Department Announces community basketball events at Smith-Hazel Recreation Center!
The City of Aiken Parks, Recreation & Tourism Department will host the Turkey Tourney at the Smith-Hazel Recreation Center from November 18 – 20, 2022. Turkey Tourney is a 3 vs. 3 double elimination basketball tournament for ages 40 and up. Each team is required to have three to four players participate.
In addition, after the tournament on November 20, there will also be a skills competition and a three-point contest! Prizes will be awarded for the winning team and individual competitors, to include
t-shirts, bragging rights, and gift cards.
The registration cost is $20.00 per team. Sign-up at the Smith-Hazel Recreation Center or the Odell Weeks Activities Center from September 20 – November 4.
