The City of Aiken’s Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism will host a Pickleball Clinic at the Eustis Park Courts (located on Edgefield Ave., N.W, between Morgan Street NW and Church Street NW.). Pickleball is considered one of the fastest-growing sports in the United States. It is a paddle sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong, using a Pickleball paddle and a whiffle-type ball. Pickleball allows you to work on your balance, reflexes, and hand-eye coordination without placing excessive strain on your body.

The clinic will take place on Saturday, April 6, 2019, from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm. There is no cost to register or participate in the clinic and it is open to all ages. The first 20 registered participants who are new to the game of Pickleball will receive a free Pickleball paddle and ball. Please register in advance by calling 803-642-7650.

Please call 642-7650 for more information.
