2018 Annual Action Plan
Notice of 30 Day Public Comment Period & Public Hearings

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a 30-day public comment period, regarding the 2018 Annual Action Plan (AAP), will begin on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 and end on Thursday, June 14, 2018. Notice is also given that there will be two Public Hearings regarding the AAP to be held on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at 10:00AM at LSCOG, 2748 Wagener Road, Aiken, SC 29801 and on Thursday, May 24, 2018 at 3:00PM at Council of Chambers 1st floor, 1437 Amelia Street, Orangeburg, SC 29115.
Orangeburg County, on behalf of the Orangeburg County HOME Consortium “aka” Lower Savannah Regional Housing Consortium (LSRHC), will submit the AAP to HUD HOME program on or before June 30, 2018. The AAP outlines the proposed availability and utilization of HOME funds for the 2018 plan year. It is part of the 2016-2020 Five Year Consolidated Plan, which sets five-year priority needs and goals of the HOME Program.

Copies of the AAP will be available at Orangeburg County, Administration Building 1437 Amelia Street, Orangeburg, SC, 29116 and Lower Savannah Council of Governments (LSCOG), 2748 Wagener Road, Aiken, SC 29802. Citizens and interested parties are invited to review the AAP. Citizens will have the opportunity to make oral comments at the two scheduled public hearings.
