ROAD CLOSURE: City of Aiken E & U has a contractor replacing sewer force mains on Powderhouse Road SE between Pinehurst St. SE and South Boundary Avenue. There will be no traffic access to Powderhouse Rd. from South Boundary Ave. There will be no through traffic on Powderhouse Rd. starting at the intersection of Pinehurst St. SE. Only local traffic allowed at the intersection of Powderhouse Rd. and Pinehurst St. SE up to Grace Ave SE. No access to Banksmill Rd. SE from Powderhouse Rd. SE.
