Solicitation of Comments for Reallocation of CDBG Program Income 30-Day Comment Period
The City of Aiken will hold a public hearing to solicit comments regarding the reallocation of Program Income from its 2020-2021 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) allocation from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The Program Income will be reallocated from a Closing Cost Assistance Program to a Down Payment Assistance Program to assist qualified low-and-moderate income home buyers within the city limits of Aiken. A public hearing will take place on Thursday, July 6, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. in the Lessie B. Price Senior & Youth Center located at 841 Edgefield Ave, NW, Aiken, SC.
