Weeks Fitness Room
Our small fitness room has some BIG advantages! We may not have dozens of everything, but we have at least one of
everything you need. Our community atmosphere offers encouragement and accountability without the hassle of a contract. Ages: 14 and up (teens age 14-17 must be accompanied by an adult) Mondays – Fridays, 8:15 a.m. – 8:45 p.m.
Saturdays, 9:15 a.m. – 4:45 p.m. Sundays, 1:15 p.m. – 4:45 p.m.
You already knew the City of Aiken has fabulous trails located at the Carolina Bay, Citizens Park, Smith-Hazel and the Weeks Center. We have a contracted Certified Personal Trainer available to help you take your workout to the next level in a one-on-one setting. Participants must have a valid fitness room membership. Contact Lori Comshaw at 803-443-9771.
In this gentle mind/body workout, you will strengthen and tone your body, improve your balance and flexibility, and calm your mind. Traditional yoga poses combined with soothing music will you give your day a whole new focus. Ages: 16 and up.
Morning Yoga: Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:45-9:45 AM
Evening Yoga: Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30-6:30 PM
Cost is $41 for 10 classes, and there is a separate fee for morning and evening yoga.
