We are currently addressing an issue impacting AT&T landline services in the Aiken area when attempting to place calls to City numbers. At this time, only AT&T landlines are experiencing difficulties while trying to make calls to City numbers. All other carriers, including landlines and cellular networks, function normally.
Facts as we know them currently:
- Only affects AT&T landlines in the Aiken area trying to call City numbers
- AT&T is aware of and working on the problem
- All other carriers, both landlines, and cell, work correctly; just AT&T landlines are the problem.
