Please have your past due balance paid by Friday, May 24th to prevent water service from being turned off. City offices are closed Monday, May 27th. Aiken is Now Home to the 12th South Carolina Cultural District
The South Carolina Arts Commission announced on May 17, 2024, that Aiken is now home to the 12th South Carolina Cultural District as voted by their board of directors. The Aiken Downtown Cultural District is the first South Carolina Cultural District in the Central Savannah River Area. Residents and visitors can enjoy an abundant and diverse range of cultural activities among its iconic, tree-lined streets and charming downtown of Aiken.

AIKEN, SC — The City of Aiken Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Department announces a series of special events at the Weeks Tennis Center throughout May in celebration of National Tennis Month. Located at 1745 Two Notch Road, the center invites residents of all ages and skill levels to participate. Admission is free to the events listed below.
