Registration opens soon for Water Aerobics classes at the City of Aiken Public Pool. Perfect for those seeking low-impact exercises, our sessions offer a refreshing way to alleviate pain and enhance overall well-being. Join us for a blend of muscle-strengthening routines, social engagement, and optional aerobic challenges tailored specifically for citizens aged 50 and above. These invigorating classes are completely free, but spots are limited. Register at the Lessie B. Price Aiken Senior & Youth Center and the Odell Weeks Activities Center. Session 1 is June 4 – June 27; Session 2 is July 9 – August 1.

Registration opens May 1 for adult swim lessons with Instructor Andy Dyer. Lessons are conducted at the City of Aiken Public Pool, located at Smith-Hazel Recreation Center (416 Kershaw St NE Aiken, SC 29803). The cost to participate is $30/person and registration is required. Register in person at Odell Weeks Activities Center (1700 Whiskey Rd. Aiken, SC 29803), or Lessie B.
