Aiken City Council met in executive session Monday to discuss the format and methods for the evaluation of City Manager John Klimm and City Attorney Gary Smith.
Mayor Rick N. Osbon announced today that the Council will meet in executive session with those two employees on Nov. 20th to complete the review process and communicate the results of the evaluation along with any goals and objectives established.
“We made some very good progress in establishing a framework for something that hasn’t taken place in quite some time,” Osbon said.
