Executive Session Notice
On Monday, November 20, 2023, at 5:30 P.M. the Aiken City Council will go into Executive Session pursuant to Section 30 4 70(a)(2) to receive legal advice where the legal advice relates to a pending, threatened, or potential claim or other matters covered by the attorney client privilege, settlement of legal claims, or the position of the public agency in other adversary situations involving the assertion against the agency of a claim. Specifically, the City Council will receive a legal briefing regarding the Blake, et al v. The City of Aiken lawsuit.
The Executive Session will be held in the Municipal Building at 111 Chesterfield Street S. at 5:30 p.m. in Room 315.
