I. Site Visit at 253 York Street SE for the purpose of viewing the property and the existing windows at the property as requested by the Board at the March 7, 2023 DRB Work Session. This request was made in response to the Applicant’s request to amend the previously approved Certificate of Appropriateness Application #CERH23-005.
This meeting is limited to the purposes listed above. There will be no opportunity for public comments, presentations or questions on any matter. The Special-Called Work Session agenda consists of this one page. Executive Sessions may be entered at any time during the meeting as allowed by law.
