City of Aiken taxpayers now have more options than ever when paying for water, sewer, stormwater, garbage and recycling services. The new utility portal “Click2Gov” allows residents to create online accounts to safely pay for city services using a debit or credit card or ACH/eChecks. You can also set up auto pay to have automatic drafts taken from your account each month. In addition to making payments, residents can view bills from prior months, research their consumption history over the last year, and combine multiple addresses under one account for the sake of convenience. Anyone interested in setting up their online account can do so at or simply access the utility portal by clicking the “Water Bill” option under the Pay menu on the front page of City of Aiken website.
