The City of Aiken Human Resources Department provides comprehensive human resources services to City of Aiken employees and the public. The Human Resources Department works closely with department directors, managers, and supervisors in addition to assisting all employees as needed. The Human Resources Department maintains a unique and effective relationship with City employees in every department. The Human Resources Department supports the organization by working on issues in the following areas: benefits, compensation, employee relations, organizational development, policy development, recruitment, and selection.
