Aiken City Council Rescinds Road Maintenance Fee

The Aiken City Council rescinded the City’s $20 road maintenance fee at a regular meeting held on August 23, 2021. Council’s decision was based on an S.C. Supreme Court ruling June 30 regarding a fee ordinance enacted by Greenville County was deemed invalid. The Council’s vote was unanimous.
