City of Aiken Reports on Water Bills
Aiken, SC – The City of Aiken is aware some March utility bills have not been delivered by the United States Postal Service in a timely manner. The City has confirmed that the bills were received at the USPS on 3/1/24 for mailing. The due date for these bills is the 20th of the month.
The City of Aiken offers customers the option to sign up for e-billing which allows the bill to be emailed to them. Choosing e-bill will allow you to receive your monthly bill on or before the first of each month. This can be done by calling the office at (803)642-7603 option 2, by emailing your account number and service address along with your email address to click2govcx@cityofaikensc.gov, or by accessing your online account. Customers can call the office during business hours to find out the amount of their bill if they have not received one by mail.
