Ridgeway Traffic Consulting (RTC) has been retained to evaluate the traffic and transportation impacts resulting from the construction of a proposed apartment development known as Wellers Ridge located just south of the The Mark at Woodford development on the east side of Neilson Street in Aiken, South Carolina.
