Extension of Utility Services

For service outside our City limits, new customers need to:

• Sign annexation agreements. They run with the land, and commit property owners to annex when their property touches our city limits Annexations are approved by City Council.
• Comply with our Tree Protection, Landscaping, and Sign Ordinances.
• Possibly provide a Traffic Study.
• Meet property access management and inter-connectivity requirements.
