City of Aiken Community Development Committee

The City of Aiken’s Community Development Committee’s duties includes the administration and disbursement of housing assistance funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, recommending the establishment or termination of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs; assisting with policies and procedures concerning the administration of CDBG programs; and make recommendations on action to be taken on delinquent loans.
