City of Aiken Annual Delinquent Tax Sale / Sold Listings

By authority of certain executions directed to me by the Finance Director of the City of Aiken, South Carolina, I, Nathan Campbell, Revenue Manager for the City of Aiken, South Carolina, have seized, levied upon and taken into my exclusive possession the following. I will sell the same at the University of South Carolina-Aiken Convocation Center located at 2049 Champion Way, Graniteville, SC 29829 on Monday, November 6, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 4 PM and if necessary, continuing the next day at 9 AM until all properties scheduled for sale are sold. The same being the legal sales date, at public auction, to the highest bidder for cash, for taxes due the City of Aiken, South Carolina. Properties will be sold in compliance with the South Carolina Code of Laws and will be subject to the Soldier’s and Sailor’s Relief Act of 1940 as amended. 2023 TAXES WILL BE COLLECTED AT TIME OF SALE.

FULL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE BY NOVEMBER 3, 2023 TO PREVENT PROPERTY FROM BEING SOLD.

Payments received after October 17, 2023 may not have been credited to the outstanding taxes.
